Bill Winter is a trusted advisor and mentor to owners and directors of private companies. He sits on the board of three succesful private companies as an non executive director. He started his business life sitting around the kitchen table as a kid listening and working in his parents business. He owned his own successful food and beverage company in the 1970's and 80's. Bill Has been the CEO of subsidiary business units of multi national companies and has been a Chairman of a T.E.C. ( Vistage ) monthly think tank of CEOs. He is a qualified Dispute Mediator owners. He is an experienced lecturer in business, public speaker, and accredited workshop facilitator. In 2006 Bill was appointed to the panel of mentors for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is the Chairman of the Geelong AICD Director Nexus monthly forum and a regional /rural monthly business roundtable
